Only on W2 Role :Data Analyst Duration :6 Months Location :Remote Required Skills : Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): SWP SWPR Strong collaboration/communication skills to work with developers, PO’s and SMEs RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as business analyst/applications and data SME for multiple integration work streams within project to o Integrate SWP/SWPR into the downstream applications landscape o create a reporting suite to satisfy firm, client and regulatory requirements o design, develop and implement solutions to streamline the target state operating model • Interface with various teams, including users, PMs, SMEs, developers, and management to distill and refine functional and technical requirements. • Utilize technical skills, in combination with technical and operational knowledge of SWP/SWPR, to help develop data driven solutions (reports, extracts, dashboards, processes, mappings, data marts, etc) as required. • Apply SWP/SWPR SME knowledge as required to facilitate project Basic Qualifications : Additional Skills : Job Description : Project Scope: In the process of converting from SEI Trust 3000 (Been on for 40 years) à SWP (SEI Wealth Platform - more modern tool) Doing it in phases, have done about half of the accounts so far - the less complex accounts Now getting into the more complex ones with global, security lending aspects (also repos, etfs, etc.) Everything we did on Trust 3000 has to be rebuilt on SWP - How does it work on Trust 3000? How will we do it on SWP? Team Size & Breakdown: - stand up time Whole team of Data Analysts, 8 employees and 8 CEs Couple people just work on inhouse apps, some work on statements, some work on Pivot group (online access for institutional clients), some still working on Trust 3000 Most of the team is doing tech requirements for conversion to SWP Running Agile - Kanban High-Level Individual Duties: A lot of heads down work - putting specs (functional requirements) together Research what's going on in Trust 3000 today and how it will work on SWP Sit down and work with PO's and SMEs to understand the difficulties, vision for the future Once it comes back from the developers will have to do some testing 50% independent work (writing specs, testing); 50% working with developer teams/ Business Line Product Owner and SME Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): SWP SWPR Strong collaboration/communication skills to work with developers, PO’s and SMEs Nice-to-Haves: Oracle DB background is helpful - if someone is working with SWPR they usually have this Visio is helpful to draw flow diagrams Excel/Word Trust 3000/Biz Jira -- ---- Thanks & Regards, Mounika | Technical Recruiter Thoughtwave Software and Solutions Email:Mounika@thoughtwavesoft.com linkedin:https://www.linkedin.com/in/sai-mounika-002553286/
