About the role
Role- Data Analyst Duration- 6 Months Location- Fully Remote Job Description: This team is within the Contact Center Technology group and they are currently updating a current application to meet their needs. They will be taking data our of their call recording platform using Python scripts as well as closely related to ACS database. They are combing working with both of these to look for matches and stripping out any calls that don’t match up for their compliance reporting. Responsibilities: Creating flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and documenting controls. Meeting with stakeholders to gather requirements.
