About the role
Knowledge of any Financial Industry data model – BIAN/ISO/BDW/IFW Good Knowledge in metadata management, data modeling, and related tools (RSA , Apache Atlas , No-SQL databases) required. · Understand implications of data upstream and downstream · Make key decisions on technology and tools to implement from a data platform technology standpoint · Thorough understanding of Kafka, producer / consumer / topic technologies and drive implementation of the technology · Maintain costs from a Bill of Materials perspective being able to justify spend · Estimate work effort for data related technologies · Ability to innovate on the latest technologies · Lead cloud hosted data persistence technologies for redundancy, resiliency, performance, maintenance and sizing · Docker experience is a must · Openshift experience - Object Oriented Design
