Job Title: Data Engineer Client: BOA Job Location: NY Duration: 12+ Months

W2 Only During COVID it’s REMOTE

Required Experience/Skills

MUST HAVES: • 5-7 Years of experience with Data Engineer/Python Developer • HADOOP • SPARK • SQL • FINANCIAL SERVICES

Day-today / Responsibilities: • Building out Data Pipelines • Expand and consolidate the data platform. The technology has gone in many technologies. Equity Financing Space needs to organize their data better. The data that they are working in Securities Lending • People who are strong in Data Engineering • People who have financial experience, understand Hadoop ecosystem, • Moving from legacy informatica to more of a Python/ Hadoop/ MEsssage bus platform, so it can handle the amount of transactions • Person is heavily involved in the transfer of data that will then be taken to DW Developers and Database Developers to store this data

Req. Skills Pref. Skills • Financial Experience • Strong Python • Message BUS Experience- KAFKA/TIBCO/AMPS • Hadoop Ecosystem(Parlor is the datastore) • Senior Level • Transactions needs to go over 1 million plus transactions in a 12 hour window • Hybrid between Python Developer/Data Engineer not a Hadoop developer Securities Lending Background- Domain Knowledge key(Stock Loan, will pay more for the candidate) Quartz Informatica
