DATA ENGINEER

Role:Data Engineer

Duration:6+ months Location:Hybrid(Sunnyvale, CA)

Required Skills : hive, hadoop, pyspark, tableau and sql Additional Skills : Preferred: Experience with apache kafka, databases Experience with adobe analytics / google analytics Job Description : Work with the stakeholders to understand the business & reporting needs – Propose, design and develop creative dashboard solutions that provides required insight, improve/automate processes. -Build and maintain data pipelines and architecture specific to analytics. -Build reports and dashboards. -Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation. -Build and maintain complex dashboard reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. -Influence and educate the team with your experience, idea and learning.

Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 6+ years of experience -Experience leveraging big data technologies such as Hive, Hadoop, PySpark -Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and architecture. -Experience with visualization tools for data reporting such as Tableau, Looker -ETL Experience -Relational database modeling and implementation using SQL -Excellent communication skills for collaborating with other teams -Appreciate productivity and care deeply about helping others work more effectively and efficiently
