About the role
Title: Data Modeler/Analyst Location:100% Remote (EST/CST Locations) Duration:12 Months
Responsibilities
Produces design models that describe enterprise solutions Knows and conforms to enterprise standards. Is embedded with engineering delivery Advocates for modern development technologies and appropriate use of emerging Possesses high degree of practical engineering and/or business knowledge Possesses basic Healthcare Data knowledge Contributes to the identification/prioritization of solution through analysis and brainstorming Understands regulatory environment (HIPAA) Experience in Health Data Architecture Designs solutions Analysis Gathers facts and data to inform decision making Uses existing data sources Uses and responds to information provided Identifies cause and effect relationships between known variables Agile Methodology Understands how to leverage Agile Practitioners to achieve goals
Required Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and 3-5+ years of Data Modeling and Data Analysis. 3-5 years’ of experience in developing SQL/SQL queries. 2+ years’ of experience within healthcare data. Strong understanding of Data Analysis and Architecture. Experience with HL7 and HIPAA Regulations. Understanding of ETL processes. Experience with developing of data models in Visio, Erwin or RStudio or other related tools. Experience with MS Office, Rally, Visio and/or Draw.io.
