Role: Data Modeling

Duration:6 Months Location:Phoenix AZ(Must work onsite in Phoenix, AZ,3 days a week onsite)

Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field. •5+ years of experience in data modeling •Strong proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools, such as ER/Studio, etc. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex data modeling issues and challenges. •Good understanding of data management concepts and practices, such as data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data integration, data governance, etc. •Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. •Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, developers and architects to understand business requirements, data sources and data flows, and design data models that meet business needs and technical standards. •Develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models for financial services applications, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency and integrity. •Perform data profiling, data quality analysis and data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy completeness, and identify data issues and trends. •Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools and methodologies to improve data modeling and data management practices, and ensure compliance with data security, privacy and governance policies. •Participate in data integration, migration and conversion projects, and provide technical guidance and support to other teams involved in data management and reporting. •Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and provide training and support to end users on data modeling and data management concepts and practices.

Additional Skills : Looking for at least 5 years of experience, 10 years maximum. Looking for strong data modeling experience, ER studio or Erwin is preferable but not required.
