Role: Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Location- 100% Remote (Must be ok with working EST hours) Contract- 6-12 month contract

Must have : Must have experience with LLM Operations. Must have experience with creating chatbots with Generative AI capabilities. LCAT Requirement- Must have 9 years of experience with a BS or 7 years with a MS.

Job Description: Main Discussion Points: LLM Operations and APOC: Objective: Develop a framework for Large Language Models (LLM) operations to streamline future projects. Chatbot Development: Objective: Create a chatbot with generative AI capabilities. User Base: Initial Users: Modelers using the IPS portal. Future Expansion: Potential to include more user groups as the project evolves. Technical Requirements: RAG Architecture: Preferred experience but not mandatory. Candidates with general generative AI experience over the past year are considered suitable. Machine Learning Tools: Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and cloud-based tools like BigQuery and Databricks. Databricks experience is beneficial but not essential. LLM Experience: Essential to have experience with LLMs from inception to production. Additional Notes: Team Access: The new hire will have access to the entire team, including several data scientists. Skill Bridging: The team is open to bridging gaps in technical skills if the candidate has strong LLM experience.
