About the role
Role: Lead DS/ML Engineer
Duration: Long Term Location: San Francisco, CA(Locals Only/ 3 Days Onsite)
Skills Requirements
12 + years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or artificial intelligence. Strong proficiency in Python/Pyspark. Experience following software best practices in team settings, including version control (Git), CI/CD, documentation, & unit testing. Experience using common NLP and/or ML Python frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers/Hugging Face, and NumPy. Strong background and experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning. Hands-on experience with LLM skills including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, LLMOps, function-calling, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) strongly preferred. Exposure to Microsoft Azure or similar cloud computing ecosystem preferred. Experience with DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team to work productively with business stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or related field.
