Role:Data Systems Analyst Location:100% Remote Duration:12 months Must Haves: SQL Modeling Agile JSON REST SOAP Jira Visio Job Description As a systems analyst on the team, you will be expected to quickly gain understanding of all the components of our applications and will work with the team to deliver best in class customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate should show ease at making personal connections, be confident in leading and constructively challenging with a dedicated approach to solving problems and overcoming obstacles. The Expertise You Have: 10+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst focused on Data for software solutions Proven experience researching, optimizing, data analysis and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems Proven experience performing project scope planning and systems analysis, and creating technical system documentation, according to Agile methodologies for requirements elicitation, design, development, QA, and production rollout of high-scale secure customer-facing applications Proven experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Analytics Strong understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas, data modeling and SQL management tools Proven experience working with REST, SOAP, JSON, Splunk and APIs Proven experience with Agile development methodologies Proven experience on producing end to end data flow diagrams using Visio for the development and quality assurance teams Knowledge of scrum tools – Jira, and confluence, AgileCraft experience desirable Excellent data analytical skills Experienced working on SourceTree, Stash, and Jenkins -- to review and support project implementation Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline  The Skills You Bring: You are a detail-oriented person with a real passion for data, clarity, and elimination of ambiguity You are deeply effective in written and verbal communications and are dedicated to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.) You are a self-starter who can rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined requirements You understand how technology can automate business processes and can effectively propose, challenge and engage in ideation with business and technology teams in formulating software designs and solutions Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and nonproduction environment and perform troubleshooting.
