About the role
Position: Database Developer Location: 100% REMOTE Duration: 12 Months Required Skills: - 11+ years of experience as a SQL Database Developer or Sr. Data Engineer - Ability to write SQL code freehand completely from scratch and understand existing complex SQL - Data modeling and performance tuning - Teradata and/or Big Query experience (the team is moving to Google Big Query and currently replicating the functionality of Teradata's functionalities in Google Big Query). Basic Qualification: Looking for a Sr. Database Developer who can write SQL code freehand completely from scratch and understand existing complex SQL. This individual will be part of a team, but an individual contributor who does not need hand holding and can figure things out and is motivated and well versed in developing maintainable applications.
