About the role
Role: Databricks/SAS Developers
Duration: 3 month contract to start (potential to extend further…) Location: 100% remote Visa: Must work on w2 Rate: $60/hr on w2
Project: Migrating reporting from a legacy system using SAS to using Azure Data Factory, Databricks with excel / PowerBI outputs
Team: These two roles will work with 3 Onshore and potentially 2 Offshore resources and 1 project manager.
Responsibilities

Work with offshore to understand existing SAS coding Understand data structure in new Azure environment Understand needs of internal customers for reports Convert SAS reports to Azure data factory and databricks with excel and PowerBI outputs

Required: 5+ years with data warehousing and ETL Experience with Azure data factory and databricks SAS coding experience / Knowledge Excellent communication skills Excellent Teamwork skills

Preferred/Optional: PowerBI experience Experience with Azure Synapse, Apache Spark, Python
