Role:Elasticsearch DBA

Duration:12 months Location:Hybrid - 3 days from a hub location. - Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, and Atlanta, GA are the strongly preferred locations.

The ideal Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) Engineer candidate must be able to work dynamically, proactively and both independently and as part of a team to achieve program objectives. Project Scope: Currently all ElasticSearch work is owned by a third party, looking to move in house to a CE

High-Level Individual Duties:

NoSQL DBA - specifically looking for ElasticSearch More of a productions/operational DBA vs. Apps DBA Installing patches Performance monitoring/Tuning On Call rotation - every 4th or 5th week, offshore team helps for night hours but onshore will be required to jump in if needed

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

ElasticSearch DBA experience - at least 5 years ideally (7 years preferred)

What will win:

No SQL Background (i.e. MongoDB or Cassandra) would be helpful and they may ask this DBA to jump in on other NoSQL DBs as well Bonus if they come from Fin Tech, and have experience in controls and auditing
