About the role
Role- Denodo Admin Duration- 12 Months Location- Remote Responsibilities: • Solid understanding of Data Virtualization, its benefits and how it is different from databases, ETL tools and Visualization tools • 5+ years hands-on development and troubleshooting experience as Denodo Platform version 8 Admin on App-Engine platform. • 8+ years of Linux OS and Shell scripting • Solid Experience in DevOps(CI/CD) pipelines development, deployment and troubleshooting • Experience in identifying and resolving issues with Denodo data sources, base-views, derived views, webservices, scheduler jobs, License manager, Solution manager and associated components. • Experience in configuring Derby and External Databases for metadata and cache • Experience with Denodo version upgrades on App-Engine platform. • Good knowledge of JDBC, XML and Web Services APIs • Experience with Elasticsearch and Snowflake databases a great plus. • Experience in advanced level SQL writing. Python and Java experience a great plus. • Incident management and provide root cause analysis details • Collaborate with L1, L2 and L3 teams of consumers and platforms integrated w/ Denodo • Proactive monitoring of Denodo Platform, alerts, application and Splunk logs monitoring • Experience with Cloud-Prober, Prometheus and Moogsoft is a plus. • Experience with data warehouse, Data Lake and Data Visualization tools like Tableau & Power-BI a great plus • Self-starter with excellent communication skills, team player, passion for learning new technologies. Enterprise data management group – data lake.
