About the role
Role: Developer/Architect
Duration: 7 Months Location: Onsite
Summary: The ideal candidate for this role is a Developer (or Architect depending on your definition) that has coding experience designing XSL-FO stylesheets. Or at least primarily XSLT stylesheet design experience. As well as familiarity with .NET development. The position will be taking over duties from another developer who works independently based on the customers' requirements for the output PDFs.
Role Description
• Proven experience with hands-on technical development work. • Able to coordinate with technical leads, business users and project managers. • Experience participating in development of standards and product recommendations. • Experience designing and architecting systems as a member of a design team. • Experience working through every phase of software development life cycle. • Strong verbal communication.
Required: 3 years (or more) XSLT stylesheet experience using the XSL-FO transform engine. Must have experience with XSL-FO needed for PDF transform and generation. 3 years (or more) .NET development experience preferably in both C#.NET and VB.NET.
Desired: 1 year experience with the Altova Mission kit, specifically Map Force application.
