About the role
Role:DevOps Engineer
Location:ONSITE IN CHARLOTTE 5X A WEEK – priority is local candidates Duration:6 Months
Top Requirements: Kubernetes Docker Virtualization (Vmware, ESXI) - Both required CI/CD pipelines (Argo/Gitlab) -- Jenkins is not applicable Ansible Cloud experience
Plusses: DaaS – MySQL (not Oracle)
Day to Day Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for gathering information from project managers, software developers, understanding/gathering infrastructure-based needs and deploying. The group is currently working on 3 different bots for AI/conversational interactive voice recognition (IVR). Environments include development, QA, pilot and eventually full production. The primary focus will be on the bot that will soon enter the pilot phase. The other bot has been identified, but is not in development yet and the final bot is in the product identification phase. Day-to-day may include fixing or mitigating risk of bugs. Ideal candidates will be personable, enjoy working as a team and will be innovative.
