Role: DevOps Engineer

Client: Wells Fargo 24 month contract 100% REMOTE (relo. To major WF hub post-covi: Chandler, Raleigh, Charlotte, Manhattan, Minneapolis)

Our notes per conversation with hiring lead: · The engineer needs to be comfortable at the command line and have experience using various open source tools to automate standard Splunk processes like onboarding and config modification. · Building a team of automators and integrators (take manual processes they’re doing in data management) and automating them; automating the building of configuration files · Ansible (required) and python (preferred) · Need someone who has worked with Splunk (doesn’t need to be an expert) – more so focused on the automation piece; they have an engineer they brought on (doesn’t know Splunk) so wants someone who has some exposure from a data management perspective

· Someone who has worked with Splunk (doesn’t need to be an expert) – more so focused on the automation piece; they have an engineer they brought on (doesn’t know Splunk) so wants someone who has some exposure from a data management perspective · Building a team of automators and integrators (take manual processes they’re doing in data management) and automating them; infra and non-infra; automating the building of configuration files · Ansible (required) and python (preferred) · Need integration skills but not as concerned with AWS cert or exp (doesn’t say much about their integration/technical skills) · “Tell me what they have automated” i.e. creating EC2, admin/eng S3, Zabbix, etc. buzzwords · Pay Rate increased to $54+$5 referral fee · Markets: Chandler, Raleigh, Charlotte, Manhattan, Minneapolis (can start remote but would need to relo. To one of these markets)
