About the role
Desired Technical Skills: Linux administration: expert or high level (primarily Amazon Linux 2/2022, plus some RedHat). Ansible: We use ansible heavily to integrate our EC2s with AWS. Python and bash: ideally high or expert python, and medium or higher bash. NOTE: Live coding exercises will be at the beginning of every interview. Designs, implements, customizes, maintains and administers operating systems and system software products. Jenkins: familiarity with any ci/cd environment (and git), Jenkins preferred. AWS: Required knowledge of EC2/AMI/LB/VPC services, cloud design concepts, plus the basics of IAM and S3. Python skills ideally include familiarity with the boto3/botocore AWS libraries.
