Role:Digital Twin Engineer Location:Houston,TX VISA: US CITIZEN/GC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD(On W2) Minimum experience:6+ Must Haves: Azure JavaScript Angular9+ REST React Agile Job Description : Summary: The Digital Twin Team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with solid experience building digital twins and solid expertise in Azure services. You will be part of a team researching technologies to integrate, process and visualize rich media data including 360 panoramic tours of complex facilities, video streaming integration, computer vision with drone generated data and 3D model visualization to support the creation of digital twins. Responsibilities: Create & manage DTDL models using Azure Digital Twins Define integration patterns to relate core unstructured data (CAD Models, 3D Point Clouds, Photo & Video) Automate provisioning of Digital Twin resources on Azure through Ansible Support the team on defining foundational capabilities, Data and Solution architectures for Digital Twins Engage with key stakeholders, vendors and related teams to gather business requirements and translate them into features/user stories/tasks in ADO Integrate different azure services to support digital twins. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Previous experience in Agile teams. Able to understand scrum practices and create user stories and tasks in ADO Expert knowledge of the full digital twin development lifecycle Expertise in 3D model management with the ability to import/export data from software like Navisworks, Autodesk and Aveva Point Cloud manager Expert knowledge on Angular 9+ framework, JavaScript, REST, React, Bootstrap and other front-end technologies Previous experience with Unity development or commercial Digital Twin solutions (I.E Kongsberg Kognitwin or Visco) will be a plus. A growth mindset and previous experience in Agile teams are required. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required. 6+ years’ experience required.
