About the role
ROLE:Sr. Java Software Programmer Analyst LOCATION: Richmond, VA -Hybrid ABOUT THE ROLE This position will serve as a senior application developer for the DMAS Information Management Division in the design, development, and maintenance of Java/ JEE based applications. Complete Description: This is a role for a Handson Full Stack Java developer. They must be able to speak to/provide examples of their work if selected for IV. This is not a role for someone who has been managing the development team or can't give detailed technical examples of their work. Skill Required / Desired Amountof Experience Extensive practical experience in building enterprise applications using Java EE technologies Experience with Angular Experience with Node.js Experience with ETL Experience with GIT Experience in ORM frameworks, Configuration management, Build and testing tools Understanding of relational database concepts, specifically Oracle, and software development life cycle Experience with DevOps practices and tooling and creating CI/CD processes Experience in application servers Experience with Azure DevOps Experience in IBM SOA products like IIB, ODM, WAS, MQ Experience with Python Talend ETL Experience in HealthCare (Medicaid) Experience in HealthCare EDI transactions
