Document Developer Remote 12+ months Required Skills : Must Have: • Documentum version 16.4, admin and dev experience (65% dev/35% admin) • Configuration of Documentum D2 • Financial industry experience • Java, Spring/Boot, APIs high level understanding Basic Qualifications : Additional Skills : Ideally has some experience doing green field development (building out from scratch) and rearchitected projects Responsibilities: Responsible for leading one or more efforts around the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of all current and future components owned by the POD to extend the Documentum platform within the bank. D2,D2 REST, Xplore,CTS,CMIS, Retention Policy Services, DCTM Jobs, Spring boot Microservices based API’s etc., Assist with mitigation of severe and critical level security vulnerabilities tied to all the platform components and related middleware which constitute the Enterprise Document Repository eco-system. Partner with the Tech lead on other design responsibilities to document platform architecture, integration and Disaster recovery objectives Ensure all code (new and refactored) is adequately commented and adheres to the security standards of the enterprise and also assist with code reviews for the team. Assist with platform modernization efforts like establishing DevSecOps pipelines, application containerization and cloud integration efforts. Assist with rapid troubleshooting of production issues related to the Documentum platform Ability to lead\mentor junior consultants to deliver on different transformational initiatives Assist QA lead with automating the testing of all platform components Contribute to writing up SOPs\Wiki pages for standardizing platform integrations, development methodologies and solution design. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field Documentum certifications would be a big plus. At least 2+ years of experience in the support of Documentum platform solutions. At least 5+ years of experience in the development of Documentum platform solutions. At least 4+ years of extensive development on Documentum D2. At least 2+ years of experience working with Documentum repository security models. At least 3+ years of working with Documentum 16.4 or later versions. At least 2+ years of experience with Documentum application layer, platform layer and Integration layer security. At least 2+ years of experience in the Design and engineering of Documentum platform solutions. At least 5+ years of experience with Core Java programming building highly scalable and secure modules. Prior hands on experience with Documentum platform upgrades and re-architecture projects would be a huge plus. Prior hands on experience with Documentum Migration projects would be a big plus also. Good fundamental knowledge on Java design patterns like singleton and factory models. Hands on experience with Java Spring boot, maven frameworks Hands on experience with unix\windows shell scripting. Hands on experience with Oracle,SQL & Postgres DBs Strong understanding of REST/SOAP protocols and XML/JSON data exchange. Hands on experience implementing encryption at rest and encryption in transit methodologies. Good fundamental knowledge on Cloud computing preferably AWS and SAAS,PAAS and IAAS models Familiar with API development practices on preferably Apigee and related configurations Familiar with DevSecOps good practices and basic pipeline flow and related tools like gitlab,ansible,nexus and their related configurations Familiar with Terraform for Cloud Infrastructure automation. Familiar with Database As A Service concepts Familiar with AWS S3 storage concepts. Familiar with Cloud security and IAM models preferably AWS. Experience in Agile Software Development projects. Experience with banking domain and its stringent requirements around Data Privacy, PII requirements is preferred
