Enterprise Architect

Job Title: Enterprise Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 9M Contract (extensions through next year) Job Summary: One of our financial services partners is hiring for an Enterprise Architect to support the design and development of projects within other areas of the business. This Resource will be reporting into a team member who is focusing on other initiatives to take over a number of their current responsibilities.

Day to Day: Collaborating with project teams to understand their needs Project initiation They currently have over 200 Apps, many of which are not being utilized. This resource will be tasked to figure out which Apps are being utilized and to what capacity, and then understanding and rewriting the documentation of these apps. Providing Recommendations on solutions brought by stakeholders – ability to discern what is needed and what isn’t needed (from technology and cost perspective). Must have requirements: Enterprise Architect (3+ years in architecture – flexible on years’ experience). Broad knowledge of finance – dealing with investments, derivatives – domain knowledge. Ex. What’s a QSIP AWS experience – cloud work (open to any cloud but AWS preferred). Documentation – creating diagrams for the design work. Python knowledge preferred, background in .NET, Informatica, SQL scripting (can you write / read queries) or any relational database is helpful Security Controls – general knowledge helpful Soft skills – excellent communication, organized, ability to juggle multiple tasks. Financial experience (specific trading domain knowledge would be a plus, but general financial industry knowledge is a must have)
