ETL DEVELOPER

Role: ETL Developer Location: Remote 100% Duration: 6+Months Job Description: At least 8 years’ experience developing enterprise class data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, MS SQL Server, Control M.  Hands on development experience in building and designing Informatica ETL pipelines for Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and Operational data stores (ODS) with a strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.  Experience writing complex SQL queries , SQL Tuning and knowledge of database design and development (SQL and TSQL)  Within the context of building ETL pipelines, the candidate needs hands-on experience on all aspects of data handling: cleansing and standardization, data transformations, merging, change data capture, and reconciliation.  At least 3 years of experience working in Agile - Scrum teams  Experience of Bit-Bucket and CICD pipeline  Proven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed upon timeframes  Prior experience working in the investment management industry is a plus  A university degree from a well-respected academic institution; other professional certifications are a plus  A commitment to high ethical standards and integrity, demonstrated through action  High-energy, positive, entrepreneurial in spirit  Goal-oriented and results-driven  Self-starter, takes initiative and can work independently  Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail  Skilled communicator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills Required Skills: Advanced SQL Server Expert Level Informatica PowerCenter 10x Control M BitBucket  A university degree from a well-respected academic institution; advanced degrees in Information management, Computer Science, and/or other professional certifications are a plus.
