About the role
Role: Fidessa (OMS) Automation Engineer Vendor/Client: Apex/Wells Fargo Location: Remote to Start, then NYC Rate: 60/hour on w2 Duration: 6+ Month W2 Rolling Contract (Potential to Go Perm) Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • 30% BA, 70% automation. Fidessa is preferred but will be open to any OMS system as long as they have been focused in US equities/trades (international is not the same). Focused in the middle-office. Required Skills: • Fidessa JOAL API • Equities and Listed options testing • FIX messaging and simulators • Experience with scripting languages, ex: VB Script, Python, C# scripting • Jenkins , Github Canopy testing framework • UFT , Ranorex or similar GUI automation experience • Agile experience Must Haves: • OMS (preferably Fidessa) • 5+ BA skills -> ability to work with the business and gather requirements • 5+ Automation Engineering experience, ideally using Python, C#, or any OOP. • Agile Experience Nice to Haves: • Fidessa -- Thanks & Regards, K.
