Front End Engineer

-primarily looking for hands on exp with React JS, React Hooks, Redux, and Core Javascript

• Strong skills in CSS3, SASS/LESS, and HTML5
• Looking for strong communication skills, and someone who will be an impactful teammate that isnt afraid to drive projects, collaborate, etc.
• the focus of work for this person will be purely ui engineering (some back-end skills in java could be nice, but not needed – we don’t want to limit their capacities if they want to learn or pick up on more back-end related items from others on the squad) -agile environment -typical scrum teams led by scrum master/tech leads and working across product owner

Front End Developers Role: • Working with design to come up with new UI screens to improve Customer Experience (using React.js/Redux/CSS3)

Qualifications

3+ Years in front end web technologies 1. Hands on experience creating single page javascript apps using React 2. Recent significant hands on experience with React hooks. 3. Knowledge of front end state management libraries (NgRx, Redux, Flux, etc.) 4. Experience working in a fast paced, collaborative agile environment with frequent releases 5. Good communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

1. Knowledge of Pivotal Cloud Foundry or other cloud platforms
2. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine/Karma, Mocha, etc).
3. AEM

Tasks & Responsibilities

• 90% Hands Programming • 10% Strategy • Programming includes Working with UI Engineering team, writing JavaScript code to create User Interfaces, defining, designing & deploying into production • Strategy includes group meetings, working product backlog requirements, working with product owners to align to requirements and daily follow ups.
