About the role
Full Stack Developer. 6-month contract to hire. Location is Bellevue, WA or Mountain View, CA (3 days onsite per week) Job Description: • The main function of a software engineer is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work • A typical software engineer researches, designs, develops and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific and general computing applications Daily Responsibilities: • Be responsible for expanding the feature set of the Operations Tools and Platform in an extensible and scalable manner • Work end to end on micro-services built on cutting edge technologies like NodeJS • Work with great engineers and solve difficult problems aimed at making the Customer Experience seamless • Get challenged on your DS & Algorithm skills and Design Patterns every day • Work with business and provide solutions to problems faced by customers • Design and development of new and enhance existing applications using HapiJS • Single Page Web Apps development using VueJS and React + Redux • Collaborate with internal and external team members to support Samsung.com site providing technical level engineering support • Support existing and new features via bug fixes, production support or monitoring scripts Must Haves: • NodeJS • ReactJS / Redux • Linux – all development and deployment is Linux based • Microservices • Building API’s • JSON standards • NoSQL • Distributed Services and Cloud Experience • Experience in working with at least one NodeJS web framework – preferably Express / Sails / Hapi Nice to Haves: • Unit testing frameworks – preferably Mocha _ _ _ Thanks & Regards, Suganya S / US IT RECRUITER Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
