Please go through below Job description and lf you are comfort/available for the position then respond with latest/updated resume ONLY ON W2 Position: Functional Team Lead Location: Woodlawn, MD Contract – 12 month contract Overview: Functional Lead needed to guide a team of 4-6 ServiceNow Developers and Junior BA’s in work streams and releases used on implementation/discovery of IT (ITAM, ITSM, CMDB) and to manage the Federal Government Client relationship. Responsibilities: Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements. Works closely with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts. Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution Leads internal development of business process story / requirement gathering Provides process flow and other system diagramming Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability clearance Relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
