Hi, I’m Sumanth Burre from Thought wave, I hope you are doing well, Regarding the below role, if you are interested, please do send me your updated resume to sumanth@thoughtwavesoft.com Role: Functional Team Lead Location: 100% Remote Position: W2 Duration: 12+ months Contract Required Skills: • Candidates must have the strong financial and CRM piece • MUST have the lead experience (leading teams/mentoring) • MUST not have short term projects (wants to see CE’s with stability and several years at each position) • Project is still a long term opportunity (CE’s not likely to convert perm, but still several years left on the project) Basic Qualification: COMMUNICATION IS HUGE!!!! Additional Skills: CRM Experience (Service Now, Pega, Sales force) Responsibilities: • Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements. • Works closely with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts. • Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met • May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution • Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution • Leads internal development of business process story / requirement gathering • Provides process flow and other system diagramming Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability clearance • Relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar. • Experience as a Functional Team Lead for commercial or government clients • Experience leading the discovery, solicitation, documentation and translation of customer requirements • Excellent writing and communication skills Preferred: Experience supporting Service Now initiatives Experience interfacing with Federal Government customers
