About the role
Role: GRC Technical Lead
Duration: 12 months Location: Remote Visa: W2/1099 role Rate: $55/hr
Project Overview: There are several key GRC development initiatives requiring a strong GRC development lead onshore to engage with BU and hands-on delivery changes as required. The key initiatives are: Archer SaaS, GRC enhancements, and eGRC strategic program.
Contractors Role: Overall GRC technology leader for the initiatives onshore, working closely with the GRC dev lead offshore to deliver key artifacts required by the various projects. This includes requirements, design, options assessment, vendor SOW reviews, capabilities evalution, development changes (hands-on coding and configuration) / change release, and documentation. Responsible for BU engagements, team collaboration on and off shore, and day to day execution of deliverables.
Qualifications (must haves)
• Hands-on configuration and Java based development on Archer. • Understands the various GRC functional capabilities - familiarity of Archer and / or ServiceNow is a must. • Java based customization development experience on Archer. • Integration experience for Archer and ServiceNow, including data integration and entitlements. • Experience with on-prem to SaaS transition. • A College or University degree in Computer Science and/or relevant work experience is required. • Must be from a technical background with hands-on technical development experience. • >7 years in GRC development space
Nice to have: • Big 4 Consulting experience • Risk Management program experience
Tasks & Responsibilities: • Engagement with operations team to understand issues and hands-on perform root cause analysis, determine solution, and design/implement solution. • Work with offshore team to coordinate issue finding, escalations, resolution implementation, etc. • Engage with PM and business sponsors on queries, assessments, and various project and BAU requests. • Engage with vendor to understand roadmap, functionalities, and fit with NTs functional needs.
