About the role
Job Title: Infrastructure Devops Engineer Location: Remote Responsibilities: Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements Level 2 point of contact for IT support and hosting issues Establish and maintain relationships with customers and vendors Manage internal and client-facing ticket systems Create and maintain fully automated CI/CD processes for multiple environments Develop and continuously improve CI/CD principles Collaborate with Product Development and other internal teams to enhance software offerings Lead performance testing and tuning projects using market-leading tools and software Assist in finding the root cause of performance issues and implementing solutions Provide direct hands-on support in the design, deployment, administration, and monitoring of production and development systems at scale Quickly respond to operational issues to minimize any interruption in services to customers Support and mentor junior DevOps engineers in the performance of their duties Collaborate with Product Development and other internal teams to enhance software offerings Participation in 24/7 hosting support environment Essential Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related engineering 5-10 years demonstrated hands-on cloud and infrastructure technology solution experience 5+ years experience building/maintaining large-scale CI/CD platforms Cloud experience a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with version control, security, vulnerability, and monitoring tools Adept at evaluating problems accurately and displaying sound judgment Proficiency in optimizing and automating processes and procedures Proven experience driving adoption of new technology into existing complex systems Excellent communication and presentation skills Thanks&Regards, Kiran Tumuluri IT-Recruiter Staffing | Thought wave Software and Solutions Limited 6308125139kiran@thoughtwavesoft.com www.thoughtwavesoft.com 314 N.
