About the role
Role: Intelligent Capture/.Net Developer
Duration: Long term contract Location: 100% remote (working off CST) Visa: w2/c2c role Rate: $60/hr
Summary: Requirements: 2 years of Intelligent Capture development experience and at least 5+ years of .Net Development experience
OpenText suite- Intelligent Capture (version 22.3), magellan within OpenText (but not a hard requirement), wants strong .net development – they are writing their own APIs to create their own features. They need to be strong .Net core (c#/.net). need to be writing, developing, consuming APIs. They might be losing their Intelligent Capture devs so they are looking to bring on someone with a hybrid .net/intelligent capture background. Some python would work might be involved with the scripting. Need specific Intelligent Capture not Intelligent Core
JD: 5+ years of Extensive working experience with Intelligent Capture development using Captiva Designer, Classification, Recognition modules and Export Modules
5+ years of developing custom components using .Net Code Module and Doc Type Profile scripting
6+ years of development experience in ASP.net, C#.Net, API and REST services
5+ years of writing stored procedures and developing Database tables
Good experience preparing Design Documentation, Data flow diagrams, test plans and test cases
Good understanding of Intelligent Document Processing components like Magellan and their integration options with a Capture solution.
Hands on experience installing and configuring Intelligent Capture, and other OpenText products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven independent and teamwork capabilities
Good Experience using Source code collaborative tools like Gitlab, Visual Studio, Visual Code, etc
