Intune Engineer

Role: InTune Systems Engineer

Location: Laurel, MD Hybrid (3 days a week on site) in Duration:6+ Months

Must haves: Must have strong MS InTune Experience. Strong experience with InTune migrations. Experience with MS Defender is a nice to have. Must be able to pass a Credit Check.

Overview: We are seeking a senior‑level Systems Engineer to lead our endpoint modernization efforts, including a full migration from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune. This individual will serve as the organization’s Intune SME and play a key role in defining strategy, prioritization, and execution.

Responsibilities

• · Lead the migration from Ivanti to Microsoft Intune · Own workstation imaging, deployment, and endpoint patching · Partner with a project manager to guide migration execution · Prioritize endpoint initiatives and migration phases · Support endpoint security using Microsoft Defender · Collaborate with internal IT teams and stakeholders

• Required Qualifications: · Strong hands‑on Microsoft Intune experience · Background in endpoint management and imaging · Ability to lead technical decision‑making · Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• · Microsoft Defender for Endpoint experience · Prior experience replacing legacy endpoint tools
