Nice to haves: IT experience within managed are environment Call center experience 3+ years of relevant design and architecture experience Position Summary: This role the architect will be moving the current call center platform from Avaya on Prem to AWS Cloud. Review and understand technical requests, collaborate with teammates to design, develop and implement technical solutions to requests using company and industry standards, provide technical leadership. These requests a part of a large-scale consolidation of plans to a single, standard IVR and Call Center technology platform to Amazon Connect, OMNI and Calabrio.
