Overview of the role • Focus on technology in systems, need to understand bus requirements but not create them Technology- data delivery side- accord standards, tx life, message delivery, create harmonized date out of multiple admin systems, produce homogenous messages, define data contracts, understand what they are capable of producing and not, every system produces same result in same time frame,
