About the role
Role: IT-Sr Software Engineer Duration: 6 months LOCATION: 100% Remote, but must be working in EST/ CST time zone Required Skills: Must Haves: • Java • Spring • MySQL- mid • Kafka - mid • j.unit MUST do IKM assessment prior to interview with client. Basic Qualifications: Experience with PHP. 1. 5+ years of experience working in software engineering organizations, preferably in high-volume, consumer-facing applications 2. Good knowledge of Java and Spring F/W (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring ORM, Spring Rest, Spring Cloud) 3. Good knowledge of relational database design and query via both SQL and ORM (hibernate, spring data) 4. Good knowledge of Elasticsearch or another document-oriented database Additional Skills: What You Will Do: Work as a part of our core engineering team to ensure the highest standards of design, implementation, performance, and security Work closely with the product team to ensure all customer needs are met Design and build upcoming new features Support and extend existing features Job Description: Sr. Java Developer What You Will Do: Work as a part of our core engineering team to ensure the highest standards of design, implementation, performance, and security Work closely with the product team to ensure all customer needs are met Design and build upcoming new features Support and extend existing features What You Need: BTech/MCA in Computer Science or related fields from Tier 1 colleges 5+ years of experience working in software engineering organizations, preferably in high-volume, consumer-facing applications Good knowledge of Java and Spring F/W (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring ORM, Spring Rest, Spring Cloud) Good knowledge of relational database design and query via both SQL and ORM (hibernate, spring data) Good knowledge of ElasticSearch or other document-oriented database Good knowledge of Microservice architecture, including REST API design Good knowledge of asynchronous data pipelines using Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS or similar modern messaging framework Good knowledge of AWS or other public cloud environment Hands-on experience with Redis Cache, Memcache or Ehcache Good knowledge of domain-driven design is a huge plus You should be curious, autonomous and motivated to explore, learn new/legacy technologies as the tasks/role demands Good communication skills Great team player Working with US healthcare domain is a plus Thanks & Regards, Gousia Syed - Technical IT Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
