ROLe:IVR Engineer Location:100% remote duration:9+ months Top 3 Requirements 1. Proficiency with IVR support 2. Experienced with Genesys and PureConnect 3. Proficiency working with web services and integrating them with telephony systems Qual Notes: · IVR system support – where most important need is bringing on new clients that have different changes in routing, phone numbers, etc. and integrating into new webservices · Supporting genesys, telephony and pureconnect · Need Avaya · Have a team of developers on this team that this person will be working with; Day-to-day maintenance and production support and mainly project work · Need to integrate REST schemas into IVR · Less of the solutioning and more of getting the project work done · Large enterprise environment background necessary Need to be focused on integration of the telephony system with web services Ability to modify call flows Have they implemented code with web services Need Java experience too -- ---- Thanks & Regards, Mohan Sai|Talent acquisition Thoughtwave Software and Solutions 314 N.
