About the role
Only On W2 Role :Java Automation Engineer Duration:6 Months Location :Texas Dallas or Bentonville (open to candidates that can relocate upon offer) Automation Engineer Project: Project Overview: cabling, compute, end user hardware – systems engineers on the team Automation engineers – 3rd party integration and robotics automation. Changes from 3rd party vendors they test the changes. Optimization – after they deploy they go in and do optimizations for the 3rd party vendors. 2 positions open for software dev/automation Big push on Sam’s side to increase productivity and efficiency through automation. Understand business requirements and what the automation solution is supposed to solve. Working with product team and automation engineer product team to figure out best automated solutions. Make sure technical aspects of the automation solution are addressed. Going through SSP etc to make sure it’s a good fit for the business. Work with WMS team to make sure the integrations are correct so that the business requirements are met. One of the original solutions isn’t running efficiently so they must go back and optimize and figure out what’s going wrong and what they’re delivering is meeting the needs of the business. Find ways to improve on the initial deployment.
