Java Developer

Role: Java Developer Vendor/Client: Apex/Wells Fargo Interview: One And done Duration: 24 Month contract Rate: $65-80/hr on W2 Apex REMOTE until further notice then hybrid schedule 1-2 days a week in Summit, NJ Visa: US Citizen, Green card, GC EAD, H4 EAD Job Description: • We are looking for a humble positive JAVA DEVELOPER who can design and develop world-class java-based enterprise-ready software, working within the corporate risk space supporting the following applications: • Transaction Monitoring & AML --> building a self service trade processing application to automate the transaction monitoring process for the financial crimes team (i.e. inside trading, etc.) • Net new development, project just kicked off! Responsibilities: • Develop Java-based middle-tier applications to be deployed in the cloud and on-prem in medium-to-large companies. • Maintain distributable libraries SDKs, APIs and their documentation that are consumed by internal and external developers. • Thrive within a microservice/message-bus environment of your choosing to both deliver a high quality/highly available local service that can rapidly grow to surface our expanding product capabilities in a timely fashion. • Design forward-leaning technical solutions that integrate compatibility with a variety of systems. Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience as a professional software engineer (JAVA) • 2+ years in a software role, working with complex data processing systems • UI DEVELOPMENT EXP IS BIG PLUS – ANGULAR • Thorough knowledge of Java microservice applications and ecosystem (Spring Boot, Drop Wizard, etc.) • Previous experience using heterogeneous data storage/cache layers (Postgres, Oracle, Neo4j, etc.) • Previous experience with enterprise search engines (Elasticsearch, Solr, Lucene) is • Previous experience with message based stream processing (Kafka, Kafka Streams, Spark) • Ability to effectively apply complex graph & tree data structures to implement performant algorithms. • Previous Experience successfully deploying systems using evening infrastructure (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc.) • Prior experience developing Graph QL and federated Graph QL APIs is a plus. -- Thanks & Regards, Naveen Sai - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
