Role:Java Developer Location:100% REMOTE Visas: US CITIZEN/GC/GC-EAD(On W2 only) Duration:Long Term (Contract through 2022 and beyond) Interview process: 1 and done interview with hiring manager Experience needed: 3+ Must Haves: • Java (3 years of experience) • Strong collaborator and communicator • Excellent problem-solving skills • Experience on an agile scrum team • Java batch, Spring batch • Informatica • SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 • AWS • JUnit Job Description: We are seeking an experienced developer to work in a collaborative environment on a variety of different software systems. We leverage many different tools and technologies including Java, Spring, Informatica, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2. Development within the area is balanced across several different collaborative agile teams. This position will work with the team focused on building and maintaining functionality to support our Life, Annuity and Actuarial stakeholders. The teams build and support systems that allow our Life, Annuity and Actuarial associates provide service to our customers and financial professionals. Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Perform analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and implementation activities of medium to high complexity. · Work to solve problems innovatively and with a test and learn mindset. · Provide ongoing support for business applications and respond to production needs. · Develop and maintain Individual Life and Annuity business knowledge. · Ensure effective and favorable relationships are developed and maintained with team members and key stakeholders.
