About the role
Role: Java Developer Duration: 24 month contract Location: Location is remote, headquartered NYC. Client needs candidates living in NY/NJ/CT/PA, Vendor/Client: Apex/Bank of America Rate: $68.27/hr. on W2 Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): • -Core Java • -Oracle/SQL • -Kafka or any other messaging tool Job Description: Using Core Java. Part of Data Analytics/Equities Team, Agile Environment. • Involve of programming. 40-50 percent of the time is straight programming. • Primarily core Java stack, design patterns, object orientation. • Use cases are set up and there is a lot of reusable components. • The use cases differ day to day • Applications is done in the Apache storm (opensource), Kafka is the middleware, Cassandra is the NOSQL.
