About the role
Role: Java developer Vendor/Client: Apex/Fidelity Investments Duration: 6 months Location: 100% remote Rate: $75/hr on W2 Must Haves: • Java • Spring Boot • Angular Nice TO Haves: • Devops • NODE • Cloud Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent • Experience in SCRUM, SAFe, or other agile development processes • Love of programming and rock-solid in AngularJS, Angular, Javascript, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Java, Microservices architecture Requirements • Your ability to work on an innovative application through all phases of software development including design, implementation, and deployment • Work as a member of a high functioning Agile team to help drive the next generation user experience for Fidelity Donor, Rep, and Advisor web applications • Passion for continuous integration and continuous delivery • Can conceptualize Object Oriented design and engineering design patters. • Hands on experience with building RESTful Web Services/APIs • Your proven collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate with other developers and co-workers to produce high-quality, timely work • Act as a strong hands-on technical member • You produce clean, unit-tested, and refactored code • Perform code reviews within the team • Strive to raise everyone's game, including your own Skills • Can conceptualize Object Oriented design and engineering design patterns • Hands on experience with building RESTful Web Services/APIs • Experience with database systems, relational and NoSQL Preferred • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux • Understands the importance to SDLC standard methodologies • Passion for continuous integration and continuous delivery • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as AngularJS, Angular, NGRX, RXJS • Knowledge of Java, Sprint Boot, and Hibernate JPA • Making use of SASS/SCSS for compilation of style sheets. • Focus on accessibility using a screen reader and other tools. -- Thanks & Regards, K.
