Role:Java Developer

Duration:18 months Location:Hybrid(3x a week Chicago, IL)

Requirements

Core Java dev exp Strong exp with spring framework/spring boot Exp with developing large enterprise scaled applications Security/authentication exp with either Ping or OAuth (OAuth 2.0 and JWT (JSON Web Token) or Okta (ping is preferred) – they will need to have experience integrating their SSO product because the work is centered around programming to support the authentication technology at the bank Strong microservices

Day to Day Responsibilities: provides microservices for identity and authentication - mostly the backend services the facilitate and orchestrate the IAM and authentication for their platforms - user provisioning, life cycle management, digital certs, encryption, token provisioning - within bank and vendor services in the cloud as well -have web app tools as well -team mostly devs - purely java team -tools they have do user notification, token provisioning, also interact with native mobile apps (multiple projects for security controls, authenticator, identity proofing, etc.) -teams does high and low level design - mostly deals with data access - they drive the process for the mobile team -has a peer team that does UX - David Arthur's team - this team also does the UI/FE work - work with them to help define UX and support user portal/mobile apps etc. -wants a java dev with security background for large scale security platforms -they also do the biometrics at the Bank - this is huge!! -provide service for Ping Adapter settings
