Project Details: · This service layer is largely REST microservices that consume data from several sources including RabbitMQ · The DBs it connects to are both NoSQL & SQL · They need a resource that can work on both enhancements to existing services & development of new services
Candidate Profile: · Mid-level Java dev ü 3+ yrs exp in an ent env ü 5+ yrs exp overall · Exp w/ Spring Boot · Exp w/ Microservices · Exp w/ messaging services ü RabbitMQ, Kafka, JMS, etc.
Daily Responsibilities: · Develop new APIs / services using Java & Spring Boot · Develop enhancements to existing services using Java & Spring Boot · Unit testing · Bug fixes · Standard agile processes
Required Skills: · Java · Spring Boot · REST
Preferred Skills: · Messaging service RabbitMQ, Kafka, JMS, etc.
