Java Developer with JBOSS experience (Able to Obtain Public Trust)

Clearance: Able to obtain & maintain positions of Public Trust. Must be USC, GC, or GC EAD. Must be open to fully converting. Required Experience: Hibernate/JPA, spring boot, Java 8, new development experience. Responsibilities: Full Agile development of web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Java EE. Develop and integrate solutions using various open source architectures Support technical discussions to provide guidelines and approach to team Collaborate with team to design new features and functionality Present solution to stakeholders for various reviews Support security assessments as required Serve as a mentor to technical team members Monitor progress against deliverables, employing effective risk and issue management strategies Required Qualifications: Bachelors’ Degree and 5-9+ years of related development experience w/ enterprise level web applications Required background with new Web App Development & Modernization. Adding new screens & new features, not just editing/modifying old code. 5+ years as a senior developer building multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using the following technologies/frameworks: Java EE, Java 8, Spring.Boot, JBoss, RDBMS, ORM (Object Relational Mapping) specifically Hibernate & JPA, and REST. 5+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification) 3+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies. Preferably Agile SAFe. Developing systems with Section 508 or WCAG compliance Must have experience with Automated code pipelines & CI/CD environments; to include concepts around Secure Coding & Development Must be able to write basic SQL statements/queries Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting projects in the FedHealth, CMS, HHS, or Enterprise Healthcare Experience with Spring Data JPA Experience with Agile SAFe and Oracle DB Experience working on & creating new Microservices architecture. Experience with rules/process engines such as JBoss BPM and JBoss BRMS Master’s Degree in related skill / CompSci Ability / proven experience mentoring junior team members
