NEEDS: LEAD • JAVA • Spring Boot • Lead Experience • Higher level of communications • Needs to be in development • Good Architecture • Code Reviewing - Nice to Haves: Devops Requirements: · BS or MS in Computer Science or MBA with Information Systems or related discipline · Proven ability to translate business specifications into functional production ready systems · 4+ years of experience as a lead designer of complex systems · 5+ years of experience developing OLTP and Data Warehouse databases using Oracle (including PL/SQL) or Postgres (including PL/pg. SQL) · 5+ years of experience developing applications using Java or a similar object-oriented language · Ability to work in a team environment and facilitate group discussions · Knowledge of Software Engineering principles · Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization of tasks to deliver quality products on time · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Nice to Have: Experience with AWS, Encryption/Tokenization, CI/CD,
