Java Tech Lead

Java Tech Lead Location: Richmond, VA or Charlotte, NC (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Length: 6mo contract-to-hire

Nice-to-have skills:

Any other cloud is fine if no Azure

CICD experience (UCD, TFS, or GitLab preferred)

Java Developer - Tech Lead

Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. • 5+ years of experience in Java development. • 5+ years of experience with Spring, Spring Batch, or Spring Boot • 5+ years of experience in microservices and event driven design. • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise-wide business initiatives. • 3+ years of experience in CI/CD tools and automation. • 3+ years of experience in Angular, React and Typescript. • 2+ years of experience in Cloud native application design. • 3+ years of writing SQL code (SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.) • 1+ years of MongoDB experience. • Perform high quality thorough unit testing and documentation of development activities.
