Role:Java with Forgerock
Location: Newark, NJ,2 days a week Contract: 6 months extendable
Must have: java and Forgerock
Role Overview
What are the Day to Day Responsibilities? Java Dev and FR support How will this resource be measured? Quality of code and IAM understanding Who will they be interacting with on day to day? Tech leads, designers, engineers and delivery professionals Is this person an individual contributor or in a lead role? individual Technical Aptitude
3-5 Must Haves Skills & Technologies (Break down each skill or tech stack/ flexibility levels): java, springboot, FR Jr., Mid, or Sr. level and how many years of experience on each skill? 1 year Drill down on how they will use the skill (ie: what application or platform or regulatory/ compliance etc) java and springboot will be 40% of the time, IAM responsibilities 60% How important is the environment they have worked in prior? ( ie: enterprise level, industry specific/ domain specific) need to have worked in IAM Soft Skills / Company Culture
What is the priority level of that skill relative to others? Java and Forgerock are top priority How are they using these soft skills on day to day? Will be talking with designers and tech leads What teams / individuals are they interacting with daily? Their own dev teams Nice to haves
