About the role
Devops Roles - Preferred skills are: Kubernetes, GAIA, Azure or AWS. AWS Groovy Script is preferred; • Experience with Jenkins • Groovy scripting experience • CICD best practices • Understanding, learning and applying new automated build, test and deployment capabilities to help development teams towards integrating such solutions • AWS experience since the firm is moving this way. Any certifications in this space? • 3+ years of various experience of automation within cloud environments • Experience with the following technologies: o Jenkins / Groovy / Containerization: Docker/Kubernetes, AWS: S3/Terraform, Artifactory management tools: JFROG, Urban Cloud Deploy, Deployment & Monitoring tools such as Splunk/Dynatrace, Source control: GIT, etc.. • Devops best practices Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership to scrum teams Design and write code for web/mobile HTML5 AJAX applications that scale to high-volume production quality. Engineer a world-class platform with an eye towards rapid iteration and creative problem solving. Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to collaborate with others in crafting and implementing your technical vision. Contribute and collaborate in creation and consumption of open, standards-based solutions, while working with existing J.P.Morgan technologies and infrastructure. Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation. R&D in emerging technologies. Additional Skills: React Angular CSS - Cascading style sheets.
