JOB DESCRIPTION: Key Expectations and Responsibilities
- Strong experience in administration and troubleshoot Jira Data Center v8 or higher
- Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA, Confluence.
- Create and update custom Jira workflows, post functions, conditions, and validators.
- Analyze, Research, Install and configure plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations.
- Experience in performance troubleshooting and tuning of Jira Data Center
- Responsible for maintenance, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence?and integrations with other tools or plugins.
- Work with operations team to deploy changes to production and providing level 3 support as needed
- Develop JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA.
- Collaborate with project BA to develop, and deliver custom templates, workflows (automation) using Atlassian products (JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence etc.) Other Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with .NET OR Java development.
- Experience with Groovy development
- Experience in working in a fast paced, multi-team environment
