About the role
Role: Jira Architect Location: San Jose, CA Duration: Long Term Responsibilities: Seeking a SENIOR JIRA Architect that will help lead the Jira Cloud Migration project and help build out new Jira Enterprise Cloud Sites with a standard methodology structure. You will work with a team of multi-functional engineers to fulfill all configuration, customization, permissions, management, and general change requests for all Atlassian products (Jira Ent Cloud, Conf Ent Cloud, Jira Service Management, Insight, and the Addons and integration between our core applications). You will use APIs and build system integration using several automation tools including automation for Jira Required Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud product suite administration. Experience with Atlassian Access, and Jira Software. Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, and Statuspage. Experience with JQL (Jira Query Language) and JSON. Experience with building custom solutions and integration with Jira Service Management and Jira Software. Advanced experience with various Atlassian product features like Jira Automation, and Advanced Roadmaps. Conceptual and practical understanding of Agile frameworks. Preferred Experience: Experience with Jira Align or Aha Roadmaps. Experience with REST & Graph APIs. (Microsoft, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Service Now). Groovy and JavaScript development. AWS CLI and AWS Services etc. Knowledge of single sign-on protocols/standards such as SAML and SCIM. Experience with Atlassian Access SO integration with Azure AD (Active Directory). Experience with Atlassian product apps/add-ons such as Insight (CMBD). Conceptual and practical understanding of ITIL and CI/CD. ACP-120 Jira Administrator for Cloud certification. ACP-620 Managing Jira Cloud Projects certification.
